Eligibility to Use Services
To use Shieldra’s property deal coordination services, users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Swiss law.
Users below 18 years are not permitted to create an account or access our services without legal guardian supervision.
Services must be used for lawful purposes related to real estate transactions; any illegal or unauthorized uses are prohibited.
Shieldra’s services are intended solely for users located within Switzerland and subject to Swiss jurisdiction.
User Account Responsibilities
User accounts enable access to personalized coordination services and management of property transactions through Shieldra.
Users are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and use.
Users must maintain confidentiality of account credentials and immediately notify Shieldra if unauthorized access is suspected.
Accounts are non-transferable and intended for the sole use of the registered individual or entity.
If an account is compromised, users should promptly contact Shieldra’s support to safeguard personal data and services.
Shieldra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations of terms or suspicious activities.
Description of Services
Shieldra coordinates property transactions by facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, and related parties to streamline deal closure.
Service features and availability may be updated periodically; Shieldra will endeavor to notify users of major modifications.
While Shieldra seeks continuous service availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
User Conduct Rules
Users agree to comply with the following conduct expectations when utilizing Shieldra’s services:
- Provide truthful and lawful information during all interactions.
- Respect confidentiality obligations regarding transaction details.
- Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
- Comply with all relevant Swiss laws and regulations.
- Avoid infringement of third-party rights or intellectual property.
- Use the platform solely for intended property coordination purposes.
- Report any misuse or policy violations to Shieldra promptly.
Content Provided by Users
Users may submit information and documentation related to property transactions; such content is subject to our content policies.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant Shieldra a license to use it for service provision and improvement.
This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and allows Shieldra to display or distribute content as necessary for coordinating deals.
Users are responsible for ensuring their content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate third-party rights.
Shieldra may remove content that breaches policies or upon lawful request without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Shieldra’s platform and materials belong to Shieldra or its licensors and are protected under Swiss law.
- Users shall not reproduce, modify, or distribute Shieldra’s intellectual property without permission.
- Unauthorized use of activity, logos, or proprietary content is prohibited.
- Users agree to respect all copyrights and proprietary rights in relation to Shieldra services.
Paid Services Terms
Certain Shieldra services involve fees for enhanced coordination features or premium support options.
Pricing details are displayed during purchase; fees are payable in Swiss francs and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments must be made via accepted methods at the time of service subscription or purchase.
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with refund policies.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed; terms will be clearly provided at purchase.
Users may cancel paid services through their account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Users are responsible for any taxes associated with paid Shieldra services as per Swiss taxation laws.
Shieldra may update service pricing with advance notice to users; continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new rates.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services without liability to Shieldra.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Shieldra provides coordination services 'as is' without warranties regarding results or uninterrupted availability; users engage at their own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Shieldra’s liability for damages related to service use is limited to direct damages capped at the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.
Third-Party Services
Third-party services integrated or linked via Shieldra are subject to separate terms and Shieldra is not liable for their conduct.
Service Termination
Either party may terminate service use at any time; termination does not affect rights accrued prior to termination.
Upon termination, users lose access to their accounts and associated services; outstanding fees remain payable.
Privacy Commitments
User data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy available on Shieldra’s website.
Communications and Notices
Official communications are sent via the registered email address or phone number provided by the user.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically; continued service use after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Switzerland.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall first attempt resolution via mediation before pursuing legal action.
